Q: The car radio won’t turn on?

A: This issue is usually related to wiring. It may be caused by a loose ISO cable connection or an incompatibility

between the ISO cable and the vehicle. First, check if all cable connections are secure. If there are two yellow “battery

port” wires in the ISO cable, try switching them. If the problem persists, please send our team a photo of the connector

on your vehicle’s wiring harness. We will evaluate whether a different ISO cable is needed based on the image. If

possible, also take a photo of the wiring diagram printed on the original stereo casing and send it to us.

Q: After installing the car radio, the car battery drains quickly?

A: We suspect that you may have accidentally connected the red ACC wire to the yellow B+ wire. When these two

wires are connected together, the car radio will not fully shut down even after you turn off the ignition. This causes a

continuous power drain, which can deplete your car battery within a few days. We recommend not altering the wiring

connections unless you’re certain of the correct setup.

Q: The FM radio keeps jumping between different stations, and the signal is very unstable?

A: In this case, you may need to install an additional FM signal booster module for your car radio. Please contact us to

obtain this module.

Q: I don’t want to use the reverse camera feature on the car radio, and I don’t plan to install a reverse camera.

How can I prevent the screen from going black every time I shift into reverse?

A: If you don’t want to use the reverse camera function, simply disconnect the pink “BACK” wire. However, please note

that even if you’re not installing a camera, you should still plug the camera connection cable into the port on the back of

the car radio. Otherwise, the stability of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi signals may be affected.

Q: Why does the reverse camera display have constant stripe interference? Is the camera faulty?

A: This issue is usually caused by large voltage fluctuations affecting the camera. You’ll need to install a voltage

stabilizer module for the reverse camera. Please contact us to obtain this module.

Q: How do I connect to CarPlay/Android Auto?

A: You need to use the Zlink app to connect to CarPlay or Android Auto. The system should come with the Zlink5 app

pre-installed. Please open this app before connecting your phone. If you don’t see the app on your system, contact us

to get the installation file.

Q: How do I connect to the internet?

A: To connect the car radio to the internet, you need to prevent it from entering CarPlay or Android Auto mode. If the

radio is already in CarPlay or Android Auto mode, first turn off both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your phone. Then wait a

moment, enable your phone’s hotspot, and connect the car radio to it. Once connected, you should be able to access

the internet.

Q: The steering wheel control buttons are not working?

A: There are two possible reasons for this issue. First, the wiring connected to the CANBUS box might be loose or not

properly connected. Second, the CANBUS protocol may not be compatible with your vehicle. Please send us the exact

make, model, and year of your car, and we will provide you with a video tutorial on how to change the CANBUS

protocol accordingly.

Q: How can I set my car brand logo as the startup logo?

A: Due to copyright reasons, the system does not include a built-in logo selection feature. Therefore, you may need to

create the logo file yourself or contact us to obtain one. To set the logo, prepare a 1024×600 PNG image of your

desired logo and rename the file to “zxdzlogo”. Copy this file to an empty USB drive, insert the USB into the car radio,

then go to Settings > System > About Device > Local Update. Tap on “Logo” and then tap “Start Upgrade” to complete

the setup.
